John Guy
John is a qualified Incorporated Engineer (I.Eng) and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (M.I.E.T).·He is also a qualified electrician registered with NAPIT - National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers. He has been involved in property development for over 30 years and is a landlord with properties in Birmingham. John is a licence holder with Birmingham City Council for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and an accredited landlord with Birmingham University and the Midland Landlords Association.

Alexa Guy
Alexa has worked for a number of years with a nationally known company assessing the methodology and advising clients on how to obtain satisfactory energy ratings for new build dwellings. She is in her final year of a degree course in Building Surveying. Like her father, she also is a licensed landlord with Birmingham City Council for Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and an accredited landlord with Birmingham University and the Midland Landlords Association.
